How it works

1. Tell us about the invoice

Share the amount, age of debt and whether it is disputed. Avoid sending sensitive documents in your first enquiry.

2. Initial assessment

We review the details and explain whether the matter may be suitable.

3. Agree next steps

We agree the applicable success commission and proposed recovery actions in writing before work begins. Debtors pay the creditor directly; our fee is invoiced separately.

No recovery, no commission

Our proposed commission-only service means no collection commission is payable unless a payment is recovered. Every case is assessed before acceptance and fees are agreed in writing before work starts.
